WELCOME TO MY HOME PAGE...

Please allow me to introduce myself... My name is Tom Kozloski and I am an Assistant Professor of Accounting in the School of Business & Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada.  I teach coursework in Auditing and Assurance, and conduct research in the area of auditing judgment and decision making.

I joined the faculty at Laurier after serving on the faculty at the University of Missouri - St. Louis in Missouri, USA.  While I was on the faculty at the University of Missouri - St. Louis, I defended my doctoral dissertation and completed the Doctoral Program in Business Administration at Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA (Doctor of Philosophy - concentration in Accounting).  Prior to entering the doctoral program at Drexel University, I worked for a number of years in public accounting for large international firms (Price Waterhouse, Coopers & Lybrand, and Ernst & Young) in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and Philadelphia, as an auditor and as a consultant.  Prior to my business career, I was an officer in the United States Army, serving in armor battalions and an armor brigade in the Republic of Korea and the continental United States.

In addition to doctoral studies at Drexel University, I graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in 1985 (Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance), and the University of Notre Dame in Notre Dame, Indiana, USA in 1980 (Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, with high honors).  I'm a Certified Public Accountant in Pennsylvania.
